Hi all. I started this blog back in November, 2007 to write about funny incidents and vent about stupid people. Somewhere along the way it morphed into a healthy living blog with some funniness and stupidity mixed in.

I mostly write about exercise, food, dealing with a chronic GI illness and figuring out how to eat around it, and overall randomness in my life -- which is where the funny and the stupid come into play.

I am a corporate communications professional at a very large bank. I write for work and I write for fun and I am always trying to improve my writing so that one day I might write a book.
