Exercise

I never cared about exercise. In college, I did not understand why so many people trekked down this huge hill to go to the “East Gym.”

I gained 15 lbs in college. After I graduated, I lost 20. I didn’t exercise; I changed my eating habits.

Eventually, my healthy eating turned into a healthy lifestyle and I joined a gym. I slowly started building up exercise.

Now, I am a runner. I love running outside and recently ran in five races. I also do the elliptical, stepmill and treadmill. I bought an Urban Rebounder. I love trying new exercise classes and found an obsession in Core Fusion at Exhale Spa. I am starting to not hate yoga — I just bought my first mat and received my first yoga mat bag. I have taken a couple classes and got some DVDs.
