Hello Dori,
Congratulations for your Quests and the quality of your reports. They really give an idea and opinion concerning the major trends in fitness.
I’m not sure if Power Jump are available in NYC, but if would definitely be worth a try. It’s really funny and yet challenging.

It was developed in Brasil and its structure is similar to a LesMills program. I love it. Too bad I injured myself so bad while walking and cannot run or jump ever since
Any case, if you happen to visit Brasil or Portugal, make sure you give it a try.
Kind Regards from Portugal,
Andreia
You should try Delida’s Mon and Wed night total body conditioning classes at NYSC. They are definitely worth a try. I think they’re the best mix of cardio and strength training in one class — the Wed night class is probably the best workout you can do in 45 mins. I’ve been doing it for well over a year and I hate to miss a week. Classes are packed already so I hesitate to even post this…
And great music too!
