Running Songs

Update: I no longer listen to music when I run. During the Scotland Run 10K in April 2012, I found my music loud and distracting. Ever since, I stopped listening to music when running and I surprisingly never get bored! I find running, and especially racing, much more enjoyable when I can hear everything and take it all in.

That said, these songs are now slightly outdates but I hope this list helps you regardless!

  2. This is AWESOME.. thank you so much for putting out such a big list. I’ve been looking for a fairly up to date list all over. Sometimes I just laugh at the songs on a playlist.. like “how could they run to that!” But I guess I share your taste in music and tempo! Thank you!!!

  7. Hi Dori,

A year ago I found your running playlists extremely helpful when training for my first full marathon. Right now I’m desperately in need of new music, and despite the overwhelming number of websites devoted to running music, your site is been the only one that has “my type of music.” Do you have any plans to update your running songs section? Also, I loved browsing the reader suggestions from other people on your site, but that link seems to be down. Is there a way to bring that page back?

Thanks for helping me finish my first full marathon! I would love another playlist from the Dori collection to help me finish my second!

  8. On a regular basis have a look at your own personal computer’s total program. I favor to run scans overnight simply because they decrease your personal machine and could acquire a short time. Only if part of your pc program definitely seems to be contaminated, it is possible to check out your suspect component merely. Should you be using a totally free program, make sure that that eliminates the actual malware it’s identified. Many of these free plans may recognize the dangers however ask you to purchase the enter in get because of it to remove the issue. In my opinion these programs ought to be removed and also swapped out by simply programs that have complete performance.

  11. Whilst you could get a partner or close friend to
give your shoulders, back or feet a good rub down, to truly feel
long-term benefits you should enlist the services of a
trained professional to give you regular massages. If you
    own a Black – Berry 9550 Storm 2, Black – Berry Curve 8530,
Black – Berry Tour 9630, Black – Berry Storm 9530, Black – Berry Curve 8330, Black – Berry
World 8830, Black – Berry Pearl Flip 8230, or Black – Berry Pearl Flip 8130, then you can listen to nearly a thousand songs on a
single micro – SD card. I would recommend having
a Mimosa out on the patio overlooking the waterway.
