Core Fusion Challenge

In January, I committed to going to Exhale Spa’s Core Fusion classes four to five times a week and documenting my experience here. I recruited 16 amazing ladies to take part in the challenge with me — be it at the studio or at home with the DVDs.

    Dori thanks for your update.
I find the thighs and glutes
to be the toughest part of the
body sculpt dvd and the thighs
and glutes to be the hardest
    dvd…. even though I have
    big strong thighs.

Hey how’s the core fusion challenge going for you so far?

Was this part of your new year’s resolution? Let me know how it goes.

I’m on a bit of a workout kick to finish training for some marathons so anything that works I’m game to listen to! I actually stumbled upon a nutrition program that was designed by a doctor who won a nobel prize in nutrition and biochemistry for his work on the program! It’s amazing!

I always debate on doing the whole protein powder thing, what’s your take on all of it? AH sorry for all the health questions, if you got any tips or anything just shoot me an email at AlexiDouvas@gmail.com anytime!

Have a happy and healthy new years!

So I am working on the Core Fusion series, but here is my problem, no Core Fusion class around me, so I working with the DVD series (I have all, sson to be the next in May)/ Does anybody have a suggestion for how to have the most effective workout with the Core Fusion series?? I feel like I am going no where. I teach weight loss program, so I have the eating down. But since my last baby (eight months ago) you don’t realize how much muscle (especially core) you lose. Any suggestions would be appreciated warmtouchbodyspa@live.com
